Interchannel dampers
The purpose of the inter-channel damper product is to control the amount of air passing through the channel or air duct from the damper.
By means of this product, we can adjust or stop the flow of air inside the channel or behind the air valves.
Channel dampers or inter-channel dampers consist of one or more vanes inside their structure.
The price of inter-channel dampers
These vanes are rotated and moved by means of special levers and connected with two types of hand grips and an electric motor, with the movement of these vanes, the damper can control and adjust the amount of air passing.
Fire Damper
This damper is used to block the duct path during a fire.
This type of damper works automatically during a fire by means of special fuses and blocks the air entry and exit path and prevents the spread of fire in the duct path.
Parallel model damper
This damper is used only to block or open the air flow and has two types of adjustment handles: manual handle and electric handle.
Damper behind the round valve
This damper is to be installed behind the round valves and to adjust the air output of the channel from the round valve.
This type of damper is produced in both butterfly and half-plate types.
Damper 7 and 8
This type of damper is produced in two forms, single-walled and double-walled, with a manual handle and a motor.
This damper is used in residential, commercial, hospital and refinery buildings.
Shatri valve (air damper )
This type of damper works in one direction and is placed behind the suction fan.
Its function is that when the ventilator is on, its vanes work automatically with the air pressure of the ventilator and open the air exit path, and because the damper vanes are connected with the help of a lever, as soon as the ventilator is turned off and the suction air pressure drops. At the same time, these vanes block the damper so that air does not enter the duct from the outside.
The trick in making this type of damper is that because the vanes are activated by the air pressure of the ventilator; The material of the vanes should be made of aluminum sheet with a thickness of 0.5 or 1 mm so that the weight of the vanes does not have a negative effect on the use of the damper.
Another division of the damper is open type and closing vanes. (parallel vane model or reciprocal vane model) which are called parallel damper or reciprocal damper in short.
The parallel vane model is used to cut off and connect the flow, and the ability to adjust the flow in this type of damper is low, and the diagram of the flow changes according to the opening angle of the damper is in the form of a curve.
The reciprocating vane model is used to adjust the flow; Because the graph of flow rate changes according to damper opening is almost linear.
In round damper models, if there is only one vane, it is called disc vane model and in some cases it is also called butterfly damper.
Another model of dividing dampers into three categories is manual damper, balance damper or gravity damper, and motorized damper, which is determined by selecting the inter-channel damper in different systems, according to the needs of that system.
Manual dampers
This model of dampers is adjusted manually by the operator by the damper handle which is placed on the side of the body or on the flange depending on the model.
These dampers can be produced in round, square, and in parallel or opposite blade models.
Damper balance
This model of dampers is opened by weight or gravity and with the force of the wind behind it, and when the air flow behind it is cut off, the damper path is closed.
The vanes of this damper model are usually made of aluminum to be lighter and open more easily with the air pressure behind it.
Of course, in industrial projects, its material can be galvanized or steel.
Motor dampers
The function of this model of dampers is the same as manual dampers. with the difference that in this model the dampers are opened and closed by the motor.
The motor of these dampers can be of the on/off type with a return spring, with a gradual output for precise control of the opening of the damper, or of the fire damper type with a thermal sensor.
