Bourdon tube pressure gauge
An elastic (circular) measuring element (Bourdon tube) is welded to a solder socket. Changing the pressure causes the measuring element to compress. This deviation is applied from the free end of the Bourdon tube in proportion to the pressure and is transmitted to a rotational motion.
This gesture has a pointer and shows the pressure on the dial with a 270 degree angle. Bourdon tube measuring devices are used to measure high pressure up to 1000 bar and vacuum up to -1 bar for gases, vapors and liquids. Accuracy is between 0.1% and 2.% of full scale deviation. The material of the board pipe in the pressure gauge can be made of brass, ss316 stainless steel or monel. Ambient temperature for pressure gauges should be in the range of -40… + 60 ° C; And for the process temperature with brass material, on average, it is about 60 degrees Celsius, and for temperatures higher than 200 degrees Celsius, stainless steel material should be used.
Diaphragm pressure gauge
Diaphragm pressure gauge , a thin diaphragm, located between two fixed flanges. The diaphragm is loaded by process pressure on one side and easily deviates from its normal position. This method is applied proportionally to the pressure and is transferred to a rotational motion. The motion has a pointer and shows the pressure on the 270 angle dial. Diaphragm pressure gauges are used to measure pressures up to 40 bar and vacuums up to -1 bar for gases, vapors and liquids.
Its accuracy is 1.6 ٪ pounds of full-scale deviation. This diaphragm is protected against corrosive environment by using foils made of Tantalum, Hastelloy C, etc. or PTFE coating. The connection part is made or protected with suitable materials, ie SS 316L, PP, PVC, PVDF, etc. Flange diaphragm sphygmomanometers are suitable for measuring viscous material, crystallization and solids. Diaphragm pressure gauge device can be easily provided with overload safety.
Ambient temperature should be -20… + 60 ° C; The average temperature is not higher than 100 ° C.
Capsule pressure gauge
The capsule pressure gauge consists of two thin, concentrated diaphragms that are welded or soldered together. A change in pressure in the capsule causes an elastic deformation on both sides of the measuring element. The movement of the measuring element is proportional to the measured pressure. It is transmitted to a pointer using a gear movement and displayed on a dial with a 270 degree angle.
Capsule pressure gauges are used to measure low positive or negative values up to 600 mbar. Its accuracy is 1.6 ٪ pounds of full-scale deviation. This capsule is made of rice or SS316. And is used only for measuring gases. Ambient temperature should be -20… + 60 ° C; The average temperature should not be higher than + 100 degrees Celsius.
Pressure gauge with chemical flood
The pressure gauge is placed on a diaphragm with chemical seals. The seal diaphragm consists of a defined cavity that will be closed with a thin, elastic diaphragm. The volume between this diaphragm and the Bourdon tube will be filled with a transfer fluid after complete evacuation. When pressure is applied, the elastic diaphragm transmits the applied pressure using this fluid, while the Bourdon tube transmits the measured pressure using a motion on the dial at an angle of 270 degrees. Due to the liquid filling, the connection between the seals must be closed. Flood diaphragms can be produced in different shapes and types.
A chemical pressure gauge can be used to measure pressure from -1 bar to 1000 bar. Its accuracy is ٪ 1.0% of full-scale deflection. Chemical flood pressure gauges are mainly used outdoors because there is no risk of freezing. Flange seal chemical pressure gauge is suitable for viscous materials, crystallization and solids. Flat chemical flood is used to measure the free pressure of the allowable volume. Flood chemicals and corrosive materials resistant to corrosive materials can be used. For special applications, a flexible capillary tube can be installed between the chemical seal and the measuring device.
Pressure difference gauge
Pressure difference gauge A pressure chamber is separated by a thin diaphragm. The diaphragm is subjected to static pressure on both sides and in addition to a pressure-measuring chamber. The diaphragm shows the pressure difference of the positive or negative value on the dial with an angle of 270 degrees. A pressure difference gauge is used to measure gases and liquids. The majority is 1.6% of the complete deviation in scale. Ambient temperature should be -20… + 60 ° C; The average temperature is not higher than 100 ° C.
Absolute pressure gauge with diaphragm
Absolute pressure gauge with diaphragm This type of gauge is used to measure pressures, independent of any change in atmospheric pressures. A pressure chamber is separated by a thin diaphragm. A chamber whose pressure has not been measured is emptied into an absolute vacuum. This vacuum (= absolute zero point) is known as the reference pressure. The diaphragm is loaded with a measured pressure and easily deviates from its normal position, thus transferring pressure through motion. Absolute pressure gauges are used to measure gases and liquids. They can also be aggressive. The majority is 1.6% of the full-scale deviation. Ambient temperature should be -20… + 60 ° C; The average temperature is not higher than 100 ° C.
Bimetal temperature gauge
Bimetal temperature gauge is a measuring element consisting of two, metal strips welded together. The strips have different coefficients of thermal expansion. The measuring element of the coil is fixed at the end of the stem. The other side connects to the pointer axis. When the temperature changes, the metal causes it to stretch or bend, causing the coil element to rotate. This movement is proportional to the temperature change and is specified on the dial. Bimetallic dial thermometers are used for temperatures from -50 ° C to + 500 ° C. The performance is 1.6% of a full-scale deviation.
Mercury thermometer
Mercury thermometer is the principle of measurement based on the volume expansion temperature of the filling liquid in the glass tube. The spread of the filler liquid on the scale is shown. Mercury glass thermometers are used for temperatures from -60 degrees Celsius to +600 degrees Celsius.
