Replacement pressure control valve of 2424 type technique
Pneumatic valve is used to control the flow of lines and keep it constant.
Pneumatic valve 2411 is produced from size DN15 to DN150 with nominal pressure PN16 to PN40 or working class # 150 to # 300 and final working temperature 350 in DIN and ANSI standards.
Pneumatic valve is used for steam lines, non-flammable liquids and gases.
What is control though?
Control valves are an example of industrial valves used in the process of control systems and are in fact an important part of the control loop, so that in control terms, valves are called the “final control element”.
These types of valves are opened or closed by the command of the controller and as a result there is no direct human intervention in it.
These types of valves are used to control the pressure, temperature, flow or height of liquids.
So that it moves the desired fluid to compensate for load disturbances and keeps the regulated process variable as close as possible to the desired setting point.
The force required to open and close the valve in the control valves is electrical, hydraulic or pneumatic.
Also, these valves typically operate with a signal input of 4 to 20 mA.
Typically with a modulation valve that can be fully closed to any position between fully open and closed.
Valve adjusters are used to ensure that the valve opens to the desired degree.
The control valve consists of two parts:
1- Valve body which includes all the mechanical equipment necessary to affect the fluid flow
2. Valve actuator , which provides the necessary mechanical force to move the internal components of the valve body.
The set of special components that are located inside the body of a valve control and perform a complete closing flow flow path is called valve trim .
Adjust the control valve
The controller receives the pressure signals, compares them with the pressure drop for the desired current, and adjusts the control valve to increase or decrease the current if it differs from the actual current.
Gender Valves
Valves are made of different materials and alloys, the most common of which are steel, iron, plastic, brass, bronze valves and sometimes special alloys are made for special applications.

All kinds
There are different types of valves and control operations.
However, there are two main forms of action; Sliding stem and rotating action.
The control body may be categorized as follows:
1- Sliding stem valves
2- Spherical valves
3- Gate valves
4- Diaphragm valves
5- Rotating stem valves
6- Ball valves
7- Butterfly valves
8- Disc valves
